Elements included in the workshop:

  • A road map for outlining daily tasks
  •  An examination of just how to get organized
  • The introduction of various systems & structures to keep one on track & on time
  • How to recognize roadblocks & how to deal with them
  • How to prioritize lists
  • The 80/20 Rule
  • Myths of time management
  • How to set achievable goals
  • Summary

The positive outcome of this session is the potential for a more organized approach to life, which lessens stress and keeps life calmer and happier.

This interactive workshop may be presented in combination with any other soft skills workshop elements to provide the most appropriate skills set for the participants. Furthermore, specific portions may also be extracted as necessary, again to customize the presentation.
