Creating a Respectful Workplace Free of Harassment

In this workshop, the attendees will learn that harassment is more about perception than intent as well as the fact that both our human rights regulations and our labour codes view this behavior as unacceptable.

By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer picture of how to create and maintain a respectful, comfortable, supportive and acknowledging work environment as well as how this sort of culture affects the success of the organization.

This workshop can be delivered as a 2 or 3-hour session depending on the number of exercises and scenarios included as well as the depth of exploration into the elements included.  This can be customized to suit the specific needs of the client. A fully documented syllabus will be provided for the attendees in a PDF as a take away and will include many of the exercises.
