Team Building & Team Managing

This four/five-session course teaches the participants how to team build and team manage more effectively.

 

 

Elements included:

• strategize and facilitate problem solving sessions
• develop good mentoring techniques
• how to run effective meetings
• effective communication skills
• build solid relationships

 

The interactive workshop provides the participants with ample opportunity for individual exercises, diad exchanges and group discussion.

Homework includes practicing the principles and strategies taught and offering feedback at successive sessions.
