Dealing with Difficult People

This half day workshop teaches the reasons why people are difficult, describes the various behavior styles commonly encountered, provides strategies to overcome those difficulties, and examines the work issues which result from the fallout.  Various exercises are included to allow the attendees to practice what they have learned.

  • Modes of difficult behavior & how to counteract them
  • Know your hot buttons

This interactive workshop may be presented in combination with any other soft skills workshop elements to provide the most appropriate skills set for the participants. Furthermore, specific portions may also be extracted as necessary, again to customize the presentation.

Workshops can be delivered in-house or at a specified location to groups or as individual coaching sessions in the Vancouver, B.C. area.  (Sandy is also willing to travel outside of the Lower Mainland as BC if necessary.)
