This full day workshop will teach the participants how to recognize and deal with conflict in communication.

By the end of the day, participants will have gained insight into the strategies one can employ to deflect, prevent and deal
with conflict in communication.  They will recognize the signs and symptoms of situations where issues could arise and in
the future will be more successful in meeting those challenges effectively.
