   Dealing with Difficult People teaches the reasons why people are difficult, provides strategies to overcome those difficulties and   examines the work issues which result from the fallout.

This module may be presented in combination with any of the other modules to provide the most appropriate skills set for the participants. Furthermore, specific portions may also be extracted as necessary, again to customize the presentation.
